The best job I'll ever have

This post was going to be about Mother’s Day 2021 - Post Pandemic (almost). I have seen my girls about twice in the past 15 months, and I miss them greatly. Then, I started thinking about all the early-in-career workforce starting jobs at home. No shoulders to tap and ask questions, no office conversation to help them navigate their new corporate world.
So this LinkedIn Article, “The best job I’ll ever have,” turned into a little of everything. Me entering the workforce as a young mom, my girls becoming women, and how we can all do a better job to help guide and mentor tomorrow’s leaders.
